Built by Someone Who Learned the Hard Way

OLDCARTS started as a watch company. A medical student created it — the name is a mnemonic from clinical training. When he moved to full-time medicine, the brand passed to Laura Smith, who used it as a learning lab.

What happened next was unexpected: the diagnostic framework turned out to be more useful for businesses than for watches.
